called out to check why my picture was disappearing in certain wind directions or some channels had now completely disappeared. didn't look happy when arrived and didn't ask any questions (always a pointer to what might be wrong - i'd certainly want to ask). installed new antenna. when similar wind directions started again the picture started disappearing but only temporarily so obviously something had improved. however, after a couple of sms and no reply a response was finally had: maybe it was the cabling to which i responded this had been done only 5 years ago. again no response to several texts. finally after a matter-of-factly text sent i was told i would have to book another appointment!! when telesystems fixed my cabling many years ago and had to return they felt it their duty! extremely disappointed. wouldn't refer to anyone.
